Privacy

The product and speech pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies and do not run advertising trackers. They load Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free audience and performance measurement service. The site respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by omitting that analytics request when either signal is present. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address with the request. Payment happens on a Stripe-hosted checkout page, which runs its own payment and fraud-prevention services.

Checkout

Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout page. Stripe receives your email, billing details and payment details under its own privacy policy, and may use cookies and similar technology. Our site never sees your card number. Your checkout email is used to send your download link and for support; we do not add it to an unrequested mailing list. Your download page remembers your order on this device so the library link opens your files; this is stored only in your browser.

Email

If you write to us through the support route on your purchase receipt, the message is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and then deleted from the working inbox within twelve months.

Hosting and purchase records

Pages are served through Cloudflare. We record page visits and checkout clicks with the page path, referring website and campaign tags for up to thirty days. Cloudflare Web Analytics also reports aggregate page views, referrers, approximate country, device and browser categories, and page-performance measurements. It does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors or store IP addresses in its analytics data. These records do not include your name, email or card details. Campaign tags stay in this browser tab during navigation so we can understand which links lead to checkout. We do not load the Cloudflare analytics beacon when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The tab also remembers offers you have considered to avoid repeating them; this is a navigation preference, not proof of purchase. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Signed payment notices from Stripe are stored for up to twelve months so we can verify delivery and investigate failures. These records may include order and product identifiers, amount, status, billing country and campaign context, but not card numbers or full billing addresses.

Your rights

Email the support route on your purchase receipt to see, correct, or delete any personal data held about you. Requests are answered within thirty days.
