Refunds and delivery

Every book sold on this site is a digital file. After successful payment the complete files are made available on your download page and by emailed link, there is nothing physical to send back, and all sales are final except duplicate charges, delivery failures we cannot remedy, and rights that apply by law. No refunds are issued solely for a change of mind, for buying the wrong role, or for buying a title you already own.

If the file did not arrive

That is a delivery problem. Open the download link in your order email, or open your library on the device you paid from. If access is missing or a file will not open, email support@sixbeattoast.com with the product name and order details so the order can be verified and the delivery problem can be remedied.

If you were charged twice

A duplicate charge for the same order is refunded in full. Send the order numbers from both receipts and it is returned to the card you paid with.

Rights the law gives you

Consumer rights for digital purchases vary by location. Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right that applies to your purchase. If you believe a local right applies, email support@sixbeattoast.com with your order details.

Before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong with an order, email support@sixbeattoast.com with the product name and order details before starting a bank dispute. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

What you are buying

The page count, format and contents of each book are stated on the page you bought it from, and the sample pages shown there come from the finished file. Read them before you buy.
